“I walked into a regularly scheduled yoga class and there was Jean who was going to make us laugh for 40 minutes, But yoga and breathing was also a part of her presentation. I think probably most of us were a little dubious but we listened and within the first exercise, we were all dying with laughter and it continued throughout her time with us. I CANNOT recommend her highly enough, professional, knows her material and yes got a bunch of seniors to have tears in our eyes with laughter. I cannot wait to take another laughfirmations class with her, it made my day!”
